HOW IT WORKS
Our wellness kickstart is a 4 week intensive programme intended to help you see the immediate benefits of group training & yoga. You will be attending up to 4 classes per week all of which are open to beginners.
You will be assigned a coach throughout the 28 days who will be at hand to support and encourage you.
Our classes are small, so we only have 12 spaces available for each kickstart.
After registering your interest, we will set up an initial consultation where we can discuss your goals, your current habits and nutritional needs.
