Enjoy access to 4 classes a week, you can choose any class at any time!

We have a variety or fitness, strength & stretch classes to choose from.

Class times range from 7am until 6:15pm

Personalised Nutrition Guide

We will take on board your dietary preferences and set you up with some personalised nutrition goals.

We pair this with our recipes lists for inspiration.

Accountability

You'll be assigned a coach throughout the 28 Days.

At the start we will define what you would like to achieve and set out the roadmap to help you achieve them.

Your coach will be there via email and in person for support or any questions.
