The first stage on the 8 week kickstart is an initial assessment - health and fitness questionnaire and nutritional analysis.

 

We will require you to fill out a food diary for us to see your current eating patterns and then create a personalised food guide.

 

We will then discuss one of the most important factors - your goals. This will help us to understand what it is you want to achieve and how dedicated you are to achieving it.

 

After we have gathered all this information it will enable us to write your personalised nutrition plan to best suit your lifestyle as well as knowing what classes will benefit you the most depending on your goals.
