With our monthly rotating program we take all of that functional goodness mentioned above and seamlessly blend it with all of the classic lifts you’re used to (squats, deadlifts, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, etc).
The result is the most complete and comprehensive plan you’ve likely experienced. Each new four week block of RISE builds upon the previous phase and you’ll never have to worry about hitting a plateau ever again due to our focus on progressive overload.
