We have colaborated with Saskia Holman to bring you our latest 6 Week Beginners Yoga Course.

 

The aim of our beginner's yoga program is to foster a mindset of positivity, enhance physical strength, and boost flexibility.

 

Throughout this 6 week course, we will progressively develop your practice starting with the foundational sun salutation sequence. Each week, we will explore a unique theme, introducing additional asanas (yoga poses) that not only enhance your confidence and reduce anxiety and stress but also help you build endurance.

Our ultimate aim is to empower you to extract valuable elements from your yoga practice, inspiring you to seamlessly integrate breathing techniques and yoga poses into your daily routine.

 

By the end of this program, you will leave feeling more at ease with incorporating yoga as a holistic and enriching part of your life.

Included in the course is two morning and two evening routines that you can stream anytime to help with your home practice.
