How To Book
In order to book your first class you will need to activate your account on our booking system.
To do this please create an account by following the link below.
If you still need to purchase your kickstart, you can set up your account and purchase your pass via the button below:
If you have already paid, please click the link below to activate your pass and set up your account
Please use an email you have access to as you will be required to confim your email (usually ends up in your junk folder)
We recommend using the mobile app to book your classes for ease of use.
You will need to sign in using the email you used previously to purchase your kickstart pass.

How To Track Your Nutrition
In your consultation, we will have spoke about the best method for yourself regarding how to track your nutrtion.
If we discussed using an app, the app is called Myfitness pal and you can download it below.
After downloading, you can manually input your daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate & fat goals. These will be sent over to you via email.
