Booking your first class is super easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Create a new account with the email you used to sign up.

Verify your email

To help us connect your account to our studio please purchase the Kickstart Onboarding Pass under the pricing tab (its free)

Shortly after you will your pass will be available on your account.

If you’re using an app, MyFitnessPal is a great choice! You can download it below and start logging your meals to hit your calorie, protein, and macro goals.
Try logging your meals for at least 7 days - log everything, even if you go over your targets. No need to stress about it! This is just for us to get a better idea of your eating habits and help you make small, sustainable changes.
