How To Book

In order to book your first class you will need to download the Mindbody app and log in using the log in details that you used to purchase your membership.

To do this please download our booking app via the button below:








If you still need to purchase your membership you can set up your account and purchase your pass via the button below:






Please use an email you have access to as you will be required to confim your email (usually ends up in your junk folder)

HOW WE PROGRAM

Strength Training

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays are our strength training days.

Every session is a full-body session, meaning you get to make the most out of each workout by targeting all major muscle groups.

​

Fitness

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays are our core & conditioning (cardio) days.

​

Yoga & Pilates Style

​

Stretch & flow, Beginners Yoga & energising flow are our yoga classes. These are all available to beginners. They are a perfect way to complement your strength training while also helping you relax.​

​

Gro, our Pilates-style class, is designed to sculpt and tone your body with a focus on controlled movement and core engagement.. 

Nutrition & Key Principles

We have created this booklet to help you create, set & track your individual goals. This will help keep you motivated throughout your journey.

​

Also included in our booklet is nutrition information that you can pair with your training to help you get the most out of each workout.
