On Stronger For Life, you’re going to feel more mobile and flexible, you’re going to train your body through an incredible variety of different angles and positions, and you're going to feel so much more stability throughout your entire core.
With Stronger For Life, we take all of that functional goodness mentioned above and seamlessly blend it with all of the classic lifts you’re used to (squats, deadlifts, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, etc).
The result is the most complete and comprehensive plan you’ve likely experienced. Each new four week block of Stronger For Life builds upon the previous phase and you’ll never have to worry about hitting a plateau ever again due to our focus on progressive overload.

Keep track of your results so you can see your progress from week to week. You can enter in your results freely in whatever format works best for you, so whether you use lbs or kgs, like to keep it simple or write a whole paragraph - you make the rules!
The exercise history feature allows you to see your results for a specific exercise for as long as you've been logging your results in the app. This helps you know how to progress from week to week and month to month, and allows you to see how far you've come!

With each new volume, we film a 10-15 minute walkthrough video explaining the overarching themes of the volume and provide tips and cues for exercises that may need a little more explanation. This video helps you to feel so much more comfortable and confident going into your workouts!

What equipment will I need access to?We understand that not everyone has access to the same equipment at their gym or house so we always give different options for common exercises. We have two different options of our SFL program. Home or Gym. The programmes will be very similar in terms of movement patterns, but equipment will vary. At the checkout below please choose which is relevant to you, you can always switch plan if you decide to change your training environment. If you want to be able to follow our Stronger for life home programme as written, the following equipment is recommended: Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells Bench and or a mat This programme has a lot of variability, and therefore requires a decent amount of equipment. However, you always have the option to make modifications if you don’t have certain pieces of equipment. So, for example if you don’t have a kettlebell, you can swap out those exercises for exercises with similar movement patterns that utilise a different piece of equipment instead.

What if I don't want to workout 4 days a week?Not a problem! We recommend that you complete the 3 main workouts and have the fourth day as an addition if you have the time.

How much experience do I need?Stronger For Life is for those who already have at least some previous experience working with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. If you have absolutely no prior gym or lifting experience, we recommend just sticking with bodyweight or dumbbells or send us a message to find our more about our 1:1 online coaching.

Do I have to start at the beginning of a new phase or can I start anytime?Stronger For Life is a rolling monthly contract, so you can start anytime, however you will be joining at the point where the programme is at. So, for example if the new programme went out on January 1st and you join on February 14th, you will be starting on Day 14 of that programme. The programmes are 4 weeks long, so a new one is released every 4 weeks. Within the 4 weeks, there are built in progressions, so if you end up starting halfway through, you will be doing the same workouts as you would have in week one, but there may be additional reps or sets.

How long is the commitment?There is minimum length terms or contracts! If you wish you cancel your subscription at any time you can simply message us in the app and we'll take care of it for you.

What if I have questions about the workouts?We are very active in our community group and you can ask any questions that come up about the programme or your form in there. We will also be doing a 'form friday,' where you can put videos of yourself performing the exercise in the chat and we can give you advice and tips.

What's the difference between SFL Home & SFL Gym?The two programs are very similar. The only difference is that Gym incorporates some common machines & cables, and Home does not. We made this distinction because we know a lot of women either don't have access to full gym or prefer to train at home. You can always switch from one to the other at any point, so if you choose Gym but end up wanting to switch over to Home, you can simply email us and we will take care of it for you right away.

Does my subscription auto-renewYes, all subscriptions auto-renew each month so that you don't have to purchase the next phase every time one is coming to an end, and instead you simply get the new program uploaded straight to your account! Of course, you can cancel any time. So if at any point you would llike to stop training you can simply email us and we will take care of cancelling your subscription.

How long are the workouts?The workouts take on average between 45 minutes and an hour. If you're comfortable with most exercises then naturally your workout will be slightly quicker.

What is the app called?We deliver our programs through our branded version of the Everfit App. Within 24 hours of you placing your order, our team will create a Everfit account for you and you will receive instructions on how to download the app and login to your account. The program will already be loaded onto your account and you'll be able to get started right away.

How do I cancel my subscription?You can message us directly in the app and we will take care of your cancellation for you. If you prefer, you could also email us at info@growellness.co.uk Our billing system is separate from the app itself, so changing your information in the app will not cancel your subscription or update your credit card. We are happy to assist you with any billing questions/concerns so just reach out through the app messenger or via email!
