On our Stronger For Life program, you are going to feel more mobile and flexible. You are going to train your body through an incredible variety of different angles and positions, and you are going to feel so much more stability throughout your entire core.

With our monthly rotating program we take all of that functional goodness mentioned above and seamlessly blend it with all of the classic lifts you’re used to (squats, deadlifts, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, etc).

 

The result is the most complete and comprehensive plan you’ve likely experienced. Each new four week block of SFL builds upon the previous phase and you’ll never have to worry about hitting a plateau ever again, due to our focus on progressive overload.

We’ll take care of all the little details…you just focus on the heavy lifting :)

What is it and who is it for?

This monthly strength programme is specifically designed for women looking to boost their energy, strength, fitness, and core stability.

Our training programme incorporates a variety of resistance exercises, which help to increase muscle mass and improve bone density.

This programme is ideal for someone who already attends a gym or trains at home but may be lacking motivation, accountability, or would simply like guidance on exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.

The program is delivered through an app where you can watch video demonstrations, read through detailed written descriptions, and track your progress every week.
