Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

  • The competition is open to residents in Torbay and surrounding areas.

  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

• Entry Period:

  • The competition opens on Dec 12 and closes on  22nd December 2024 at 11:59 PM

  • Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

• Prizes:

  • 1st Prize: 6-Month 12 Class Pass Gro Wellness Membership.

  • 2nd Prize: 6-Month Access to the ‘Stronger for Life’ Online Program.

  • 3rd Prize: 14-Day Unlimited Class Pass.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be chosen at random and announced on [24th December 2024].

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

• Data Collection:

  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to subscribe to updates from Gro Wellness.

  • Your personal information will be used only for competition administration and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• General:

  • Gro Wellness reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.

  • By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
