The Road Ahead
Your program is individual to you and your specific goals.
In your initial consultation your coach would have outlined your goals and will create a training road map of how together you can both achieve them.
Alongside your training you will receive a personalised nutrition guide. Your guide will include your daily calorie, protein, steps & water intake.
In order for us to get you the best results possible we try to be as specific as possible with the tracking of your nutrition, this will allow us to see if and where we can make any nessecary changes throughout the weeks.

How To Track Your Nutrition
We prefer to use Myfitness pal.
​
This is a great way to keep on track. Please input everything you eat into this app and be honest. This includes the oil you cook with, the drinks at lunch, dinner and the takeaways on the weekend!

It is a great tool for you to learn what is in the food you consume everyday, hopefully it will lead to helping you make better choices about food on a regular basis.
​
Tracking is made easy by scanning the barcode of the product you are eating. Simply scan the product and select the quantity your are having.

Please download the app via the links below.

After downloading, you can manually input your daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate & fat goals. These will be sent over to you via email.
