Personal Training
At Gro we offer personal training in a private enviroment.
You will be assigned your own set of equipment and area. So no waiitng around for machines or training in a busy gym!
Your individual program will be devised by your coach. Strength training is at the core of we preach at Gro but programs will vary dependant on your different goals.
All you need to bring is a water bottle and some comfortable active wear. We recomend wearing trainers that have good ankle and arch support too.
General House Keeping
We usually book on the hour (unless you agree otherwise with your coach).
Sessions will last aprox 50 minutes, this enables to give you a great session but also have enough time to arrange your next session, clean the area and equipment, ready for the next appointment.
Please arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled session as to avoid any overlap.
Where possible please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to re arrange your session. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. We know life just sometimes gets in the way, so we allow a grace period of 1 x session late cancellation.

How To Track Your Nutrition
In your consultation, we will have spoke about the best method for yourself regarding how to track your nutrition.
​
Regardless of your individual goals, we would advise at the start, to track your food for at least 2 weeks. This will enable us to see exactly what your eating habits are and therefore help us to give you the best tailored advice in regards to your nutrition specific for yout goals.

If we discussed using an app, the app is called Myfitness pal and you can download it below.
​
After downloading, please input all of your relevant stats. In your next session your coach will input your daily calorie and macronutrient targets that will be specific to yourself and goals.
​
If you have any issues, please let your coach know via email and they will be able to set you up in the studio.
